Weather in april first week Dear mam, Let me share an experience with you. I am asthamatic and I went to 'Rohtang Pass' for about 4 hrs. Rohtang pass is at an altitude of 13,000 feet. I did fine there and had no problems. Ladakh is at an altitude of 16000 to 18000 feet and oxygen level there is lower than in plains.
