Bokaro steel city, as the name suggests, is an industrial city involved in mass production of steel. The tourists here are mainly people on an official visit or tourists interested in visiting the steel plant. Hotels are generally available throughout the year.
Budget hotels are available near the outskirts of the town costing below Rs.300 per night. These hotels are frequented by workers who spend the night in the plant. Deluxe rooms are available for around Rs.500 to Rs.800 depending on the demand for rooms. Deluxe rooms are very close to the plant and other important places and mostly preferred by business executives. The temperature scale tends to go on the wrong side during summer and air conditioning might be necessary.
There are not many luxury hotels in Bokaro steel city but the few that are available are priced at less than Rs.2500 per night.
