Karimnagar is located about 161 km north of Hyderabad and is easily reachable through roadways. Though Karimnagar has a train station, yet the expansion program is still underway.
If you like to travel via train then, you can either get down to Warangal (80 km) or Kazipet (80 km) and take a bus for Karimnagar. Frequent buses are also available from Hyderabad every after 10 mins and fare is inexpensive (Rs 100).
Taxis can be hired from Hyderabad to Karimnagar and the fare ranges within Rs 3,400 to Rs 6,000 (for a round trip).
