Regular trains are available from Bangalore to Salem & Dharampuri and from here tourists can either take a local bus or auto rickshaws to reach Hogenakkal.
Direct buses can be taken from Bangalore and takes around 3-4 hours to reach Hogenakkal. The best options perhaps is to take a taxi directly from Bangalore and charges anywhere Rs 2,000-3,000 for a round trip.
