Safari Options - Elephant Safari (Rs 150 for Indians and Rs 250 for foreigners)
     Winter Timings – Morning Safari: 7:30am to 10:30am, Evening Safari: 3pm to 5pm.
     Summer Timings – Morning Safari: 6: 30 am to 09:30 am,  Evening Safari: 4pm to 6pm.

Rajaji National Park - Located in the Pauri and Garhwal district of Uttaranchal, Rajaji National Park is famous all over the country for its elephants. Sprawling on an area of 820 sq kms, the national park boasts of animals like sloth bears, jackals, hyenas and barking deers among many others. There is a temple too located nearby where tourists can enjoy a cable car ride as well. The park is located at a distance of 9 kms from Haridwar and offers great safari options for those planning a holiday in Uttaranchal.

Timings - 15 Nov. to 31 Dec – 6:30 Morning to 3:30 Evening.
                1 Jan. to 31 March – 6:30 Morning to 4:30 Evening.
                1 April to 15 June – 6:00 Morning to 5:00 Evening.
Entry Fee - Rs 150 per head.
Safari Options - Elephant Safari (Rs 360), Jeep Safari (Rs 600).

Nanda Devi National Park -  Eloquent all over the world for its snow leopards, Nanda devi National Park enjoys the privilege of being a UNESCO World Heritage site and offers spectacular views of the mountains and valleys. Nanda Devi National Park consists of 17 rare floral species and 312 ordinary ones. Animals that one can sight in this park includes Himalayan Tahr, Serow, Goral, Himalayan Black Bear, Brown Bear, Leopard, Himalayan Musk Deer, and Brown Beer. A delightful 23 kms long trek needs to be undertaken in order to reach this park. The park is located on the second highest peak in India and is 23 kms from Joshimath and is included in most of North India holidays.

Timings -  6 am till 5:30 pm.
Entry Fee - Free
