the hill is an ancient temple that’s dedicated to Lord Shiva. You have to climb
up some stone steps to reach the stream and the shrine. The ascent will provide
glorious views of the surrounding areas. You can also spot a large number of
monkeys here. This site and the temple are well maintained by the government.

The road route
to Kolar is excellent and mostly traffic free, when compared to the route from Bangalore
city. It is a smooth ride to Kolar, and you have to travel a few kilometers from
outside Kolar to reach Anthargange. You can also reach Kolar by bus and then
use local bus services or taxis to reach Anthargange.
