Best Season / Best time to visit Tadoba
Tadoba experiences a tropical climate and the temperatures are extremely high during the summer season. Monsoons are also extensive in this region and substantial rainfall can be expected in the area. It might be difficult to visit the place during the rains. The winter season is much cooler and temperatures drop rapidly after the monsoons.
The summer season is from the months of March to June. The conditions are extreme during this period and the temperatures range from a minimum of 32°C and can rise up to a maximum of 46°C maximum. May is the hottest month of the year.
The rainfall during the monsoon season is extensive and the temperatures are much cooler during this period. The South West Monsoon affects the place and the heavy rains make it difficult for vehicles to traverse through the park. The months from June to September are the monsoon season. October and November months are much cooler and are ideal for visiting.
Winter season is from November to February. Temperatures range from a minimum of 8°C and can rise up to maximum of 28°C during this period. December is the coldest part of the year.
