Best Season / Best time to visit Tadiandamol
Tadiandamol is a mountain range that is known for the well preserved green forest. As it is located along the Western Ghats Tadiandamol experiences a very mild and temperate climate. Due the elevation the region gets significant rainfall and the temperature is generally pleasant throughout the year. Monsoon season gets substantial rainfall from both the South West Monsoon as well as the North East Monsoon.
Summer season is from the months of March to May. During this time, temperatures average in the mid thirties. However the nights are much cooler and there is sudden drop in the night time temperature. Summer temperatures vary from a minimum of 17°C and can rise up to a maximum of 35°C. This is a good time to visit the place and trekking is possible.
Monsoon season starts from the month of June and lasts till late October. During this time the mountain range gets substantial rainfall. It might be difficult to do activities such as trekking during the monsoon season due to the heavy rainfall.
Winter season is from December to Early February. January is the coldest month of the year. Temperatures vary from 5°C to 12°C during this period.
