Travel within city
There are a few options that a traveler can choose from to travel within the city. The town is still relatively rural and the modes of travel are also not extensive. The nearest airport to the town of Somnath is in Diu which is 90 km away. There are bus services from the airport; however they may not be frequent. Diu airport has frequent cab services which are cheap and a good way to reach the town.
Since Somnath is a town of many temples there are many tour operators who offer packaged torus for travel within the city. They are a good option as the tours cover almost all the places of interest.
