Not sure about the temp in shoghi, all websites are showing around 40 degrees in summers. I think its better to cancel the program.

Yes I agree that Shoghi is a very beautiful and yet unspoiled hill resort one can get.I stayed there in the place twice recently and each time I stayed there I could enjoy the beautiful and serene atmosphere.If possible , get in there for a very quiet and soothing expereience far from the madding crowds.
