Shillong was born in the laps of nature and offers every one of its bequeathed element for exploration to the wanderlust. The People of Meghalaya are extremely courteous and friendly and any interaction with them is bound to end in a laughter riot. These wonderful people are full of life and the same is reflected in the products they offer. The hand-woven shawls, cane works, handicraft decoration and the special orange flower honey; each one of these offerings is special and unique. Hi evry1,shilong is such a cool n beautiful place dat I hv evr seen. I come 2 knw dat it is also knwn as "Scotland of the East". All hu wish 2 c shilong sud visit soon 2 enjoy its scenic beauty which is vry much amazing n realy a spectacular place in India 2 visit as a tourist place. God blesd Meghalayan its people. Thanx.

It's a place wer wonderful and past memories still continues to haunts me even though i'm far ....far away from it. the air we breathe ,,,,the cold ,,,the rain & the heat each season has its own chances to reminds us of the sweet memories we had,,,,,,,especially during christmas and new year times........really if there's something that i miss much at present...it's my hometown,,,My sweet SHILLONG........how i'd long to be there soon..............Batei's!!!
