Yes It barely snows as once in 3 years. Also i was wondering can someone please help me advice a little about land buying in this area. i was very keen to buy land and build a retirment home for mysely and my wife. i saw a project by the builder vikuj developers who are selling land plots in ranikhet . they are based out of gurgaon vikuj.com .
