Best Season / Best time to visit Puttaparthi

Puttaparthi has a tropical climate and the best time to visit the place is from September to February.
  • Winters (November to February) are pleasant and the temperature ranges in 14°C to 31°C.
  • Summers (March to June) are very hot with the maximum temperature scorching to 41°C and minimum is about 23°C. Due to the extreme temperature (April and May), the town becomes severely hot and it is difficult for tourists to roam around.
  • Monsoons (July to October) are weak and the town receives very less rain fall. Post monsoon, cool breeze blow making the town very pleasant.
Summer months are very hot and are not ideal for travelling or tourist activities. The months from September to February has very pleasant weather and is perfect for sighting, outings and other tourist activities. The place receives less rainfall during monsoons and is suitable for short trips and visiting temples.

The climate is very pleasant during December month. Temperatures falls down to the most comfort level which makes the journey enjoyable. It is the best period for visiting the spiritual haven of Satya Sai Baba.

  • September is festive season with the grandeur processions of Ganesh Chaturthi.
  • October-November thrives with the festivities of Diwali and Dussehra, which are celebrated with festivities and joy.

It is a great experience to watch this site .pranams at the lotus feet of Bhagawan baba.I reqiuest to give more information reg darshan timings accomodation position,activities in the ashram on day to day basis,and also important information reg hospital and university thank you sairam
