Nanguneri experiences similar weather conditions to that of Tirunelveli. The climate is tropical and monsoons are extensive. Summers are extremely hot and not a good time to visit the place. The place is characterized by dry heat and uncomfortable conditions during the summer. Monsoon season gets relatively substantial amount of rainfall.
