St Thomas' Cathedral

A topmost religious attraction in Mumbai, the St Thomas’ Cathedral is located in the Mumbai fort area in D N Road. The church was constructed in 1718 and has been credited with the privilege of being the first Anglican Church in Mumbai. The name St Thomas cathedral comes from the ardent disciple Thomas of Jesus Christ.

The Cathedral was in the UNESCO world heritage list as a monument to be conserved. The Cathedral witness huge flow of devotees every day and many mass functions are arranged for the benefit of devotees. The serene holy atmospheres add the attraction to this Church.
