Best Season / Best time to visit Mansa
The weather in the city of Mansa can be classified as a sub tropical type and the conditions are much similar to other parts of the Punjab plains. The conditions are hot during the summer season and the mercury can climb rapidly during the peak summer season. Monsoons are short and conditions are humid during this period. Winters are cold and one can expect cold winds blowing in from the West.
The summer season comprises of the months of March, April, May and June. The temperatures range from a minimum of 27°C and can rise up to a maximum of 45°C. The intense heat can be difficult for those who are used to it. Summer season reaches the peak during the month of May.
The monsoon season starts in the month of July and ends in the month of September. The humidity gradually increases during this period and the place can be uncomfortable. The months of October and November are much cooler, and this is generally the best time to visit the place.
The winter season starts in the month of December and ends in February, with January being the coldest month. The barometer can fall to around 5°C and rise up to a maximum of 20°C.
