Sweet Street (Mithai Theravu) is one of the busiest places in India and it is a major shopping place. You can find many authentic items along with spices and exotic things here in these nostalgic shops. In the Sweet Street (Mithai Theravu) all the shops are open until 9 pm at night. The reason that this shopping place is called sweet street is because of the fact that many of the shops over there have sell sweets and hence the name sweet street.
