Samode

Nestled in the lap of the majestic Aravallies, Samode is a tiny locale in the suburbs of Jaipur. Samode palace has a long history of 4500 years. With its magnificently carved interiors and the fabulous frescoed walls, the palace turned to be a breathtaking citadel, which has got worldwide acclaim. It is to be noted that this palace allows only its guest inside it. Other fascinating attractions include the ramparts of Samode fort, Samode Bagh and durbar tent among other things.

The whole village itself offers a delightful experience to the visitor. From the colourfully dressed villagers to the artist's colony, which produces amazing minuscule paintings, this village would provide real fun.
