I will be coming to Kolkata on 10.10.09 and will be travellling upto Darjeeling, Gangtok and will be there almost 3 weeks. Please advise me on the weather, the clothings that i should bring along and also the food. I am a Malaysian and it is my first trip to North India. Please help me as I do not want to get stranded in the new environment. TQ

I have already planned to visit Gangtok with my family wef 18th July to 24th July2009 from Delhi to Bagdogra and vice versa by air. Is it adviseable to visit Gangtok during this period or should I get the tickets cancelled. Please guide me taste of weather and clothings accordingly. I shall be grateful please. Gangtok is a wonderful place. Its the best place I have visited till date..

Sikkim is such a wonderful place where i forget all my worries. I really miss the rain and cold air.
