January offers very cool climate and the mornings can be foggy. This is a good month for Park visits and sighting animals in the Park. Sunshine might not be very common as fog is persistent till afternoons and you will require warm clothes for this month. Special care needs to be taken if travelling with kids or old people. |

|
February climate is good for all types of tourist activities. Cool days and cold night are a general trend. Temperatures start warming at the end of the month, but light woolens might be required during the evenings. Good time for safaris and local sightseeing. |

|
March is a welcoming month in the region as the nature is at its best. The weather is pleasant during the days with cool night and is good for exploring the national park and the areas around it. The sky is clear for most part of the day with plenty of sunshine. Perfect time for wildlife trips inside the jungle. |

|
The month of April offers moderate climate with warm days and pleasant nights. Good time for enjoying park visits and safaris as well as local sightseeing. The temperatures start to rise at the end of the month but still in the comfortably hot range. |

May is the hottest month. But on an average the climate is temperate and the temperature is still within the comfortable hot range. Good time for tourist activities and taking up wildlife safaris in Corbett National Park. |

June is moderately hot with hot days and pleasant nights. Ideal for park visits and other tourist activities. Rainfall is intermittent and this is the best month for visiting as all the tourism zones of the park remains opened. From the mid of this month, a few regions of the park will be close due to the heavy rains. |

|
July witnesses heavy monsoon rains. Might not be a suitable time to explore the park as rains make it difficult for enjoying safaris. Also, from this month onward a few zones of the park are closed for tourists making it not the most ideal time for visiting. The natural vista of the region is best at this time though. Hotel rates will be cheaper being an off season period. |

August is temperate with hot and humid atmosphere. Heavy rains make the travel difficult. This is the wettest month of the season, and the chance of animal sighting is the lowest. Major parts of the park are inaccessible due to rains, thus not the best time for visiting the national park. Since, August is an off season month, the rates of hotels and resorts will be comparatively lesser. |

September receives medium to heavy rainfalls making the region very hot and humid. Although the nature is very beautiful yet rains make it difficult to explore all the regions of the park. Taking up safari expeditions and animal sighting during this month can be challenging as few zones of the park remains closed. However, September being an off-season, the hotels/resorts rates is comparatively lower than tourist season. |

October is a welcoming season with pleasant days and nights. Rainfall stops completely from this month, but the impact of the rains has still not vanished. Overgrown trees and wet mud makes it difficult for travelling inside the forest. A major portion of the park still remains inaccessible for the tourists, but the natural panorama is worth enjoying. |

|
November is moderately cold and good for all types of tourist activities. This is the beginning of the tourist season as the region has completely dried up and all the tourism zones are opened for public visit from the 15th of this month. Clear skies with plenty of sunshine and cool breeze act instrumental in keeping the region within the comfortable limit. The rates of the hotel as well as the crowd will increase from this month onward.

December has very cool days and nights. Foggy mornings can prevent you from exploring the nature in the mornings but as the sun comes out of its slumber and shines through, the skies get clear and the temperatures gets warmer. Ideal time for wildlife safaris and tourist activities. Carrying warm clothes are recommended for this period.
