The Beaudesert Historical Museum is one of the oldest museums, located around 74 km south of Brisbane. The museum was built with the aim of preserving the legacies of Australia’s history. The museum is divides in three parts. The main area houses the collection of photographs and written documents along with a comprehensive family history archive and several display cases of collectibles. The rear area of the museum displays the dioramas of local interest along with some of the ancient animal drawn vehicles. The third area of the museum has the industrial equipment and various metal products linked to the history if the region.
