The place experiences three main seasons and they can be classified into summer season, monsoon season and winter season. Summers are hot and humidity is also high in this region. Rainfall is primarily for four months of the year and it might be erratic as well. Winters are cold and dry and the best time to visit is just after the end of the monsoon season.
The summer season is from the month of March to May. Temperatures range from a minimum of 28°C and it is known to have gone up to levels of around the 40°C mark. This is a bad time to visit the place due to the harsh conditions. April and May are the hottest months of the year.
Rainfall is primarily concentrated in the months of June, July, August and September. The month of July gets the most amount of rainfall and the intensity of the monsoon reduces thereafter. The months of October and November form the post monsoon season and this is the best time to visit the place.
The winter season is from December to February and temperatures range from a minimum of 13°C to a maximum of28°C. This is also a good time to visit the place.
