Located at a distance of about 4 km from Baratang jetty, Mud Volcano is a main attraction for tourists visiting Baratang Island. The local called this mud volcano “jalki” and is truly a wonder of nature. Quite a rare attraction found in few places, one should miss to see it. The spot is easily reachable through shared taxis.
