Best Season / Best time to visit Baramati
The place is located at an elevation of about 538 meters and experiences a dry climate for most parts of the year. Since it is located in the interior region of the state, the rainfall is also not extensive even during the monsoon months. The period between the monsoon and the winter months are the best time to visit the place.
The summer season is hot and the conditions are generally dry. The months of March, April and May constitute the summer season and the temperatures are extremely high during this period. Temperatures range from a minimum of 32°C and can rise up to above 40°C. Visiting during the summer months is not advisable for those who are not used to the heat.
Monsoon season is from June to September. The place gets scanty rainfall and this is interspersed through these months. Temperatures are much lower than the summer months. The months of October and November are the best time to visit the place as the conditions are pleasant and cool.
The winter season is from the months of December to February. Temperatures range from a minimum of 8°C and can go up to a maximum of 25°C during this period. Nights are much cooler and it is advisable to carry winter clothing while travelling during this time.
