Best Season / Best time to visit Anjanvel
The place experiences a tropical monsoon type of climate, much like the other parts of coastal Maharashtra. Summers are typically hot and humid and the conditions are uncomfortable during the day. A cool breeze from the sea can be felt for most months of the year. The monsoon season brings substantial rainfall to the place. The winter season is the best time to visit the place and the temperatures are much cooler.
The summer season is from March to May and the temperatures range from a minimum of 30°C to a maximum of 35°C. The humidity is high due to the proximity of the Arabian Sea. Temperatures reach their highest peak in the month of May.
The South West Monsoon brings substantial rainfall to the place in the months from June to September. After the onset of the monsoon, temperatures gradually reduce and conditions are more comfortable. The months of October and November are pleasant and are a good time to visit the place as well.
The winter season is from December to February and during this time temperatures range from a minimum of 18°C and can climb up to a maximum of 28°C. The lowest temperature is usually in the month of December.
