Alwar, a city of majestic monuments and panoramic destinations captivates the tourist with its alluring appeal. AutoThere are autos available from the railway station. They are not very expensive and can the prices can be bargained and many of the drivers speak halting English. They charge around Rs 100 to 150 to reach the main areas of the city. Auto rickshaws generally have special night fares. It may however be difficult to hail an auto during the night. BusFrequent government buses ply to most parts of the city. They are generally crowded and not comfortable. Government buses are cheap and can be hailed at any point. They charge around Rs 10 to 20 to reach from one end of the city to another. TaxiAnother option is to hire one of the local taxis that are available. Alwar is the beautiful place having city palace , moosi maharani chhatari ,bala qila ,saagar ,hope circus in the city area .also surrounded by natural places like siliserh lake , jai samand baandh ,vijay mandir palace etc. beside it sariska tiger reserve sanctuary ,pandupole hanuman mandir , bharthari dhaam , taal vriksh ,narayani mata neel kanth mahadev neemrana forte ,kesroli forte ,bhaangarh and garua ji .

I born in Alwar. it is really too pieceful, Facinating city with good people. due to this I am sacrificing good job growth & does not leave this place with no affections..
Good Place to roam in Aravali Hills in Rainy seasons. even after too much hot in summers, it is lovable place.
